The RG-N18014-E is the mid-range chassis in Ruijie’s RG-N18000-E Series, engineered for cloud-centric campus, MAN, and data center core/aggregation deployments. It combines a 14 RU form factor with ultra-high port density and large-buffer architecture to meet the demands of hyperscale environments.
Featuring a modular 14 RU design with 12 hot-swappable line-card slots, dual supervisor slots, and four fabric modules, the RG-N18014-E delivers up to 28.8 Tbps non-blocking switching capacity and 21 000 Mpps packet forwarding at wire speed.
Its Clos orthogonal architecture, Y-shaped front/right-to-rear airflow, and carrier-class hardware redundancy ensure ultra-low latency, efficient heat dissipation, and uninterrupted operation.
The fully-decoupled RGOS supports live upgrades, SDN automation, and real-time telemetry, enabling rapid deployment and simplified O&M.
