The HP LaserJet Managed E60175dn (3GY12A#BGJ) is a print-only black and white laser printer for letter, legal and A4 paper. HP built the Managed line for offices where a print service runs the machines. Here are the numbers first.

Managed printers use HP Managed cartridges, which HP sells through print services. HP rates the Managed black cartridge at about 50,000 pages. HP lists an 11,000-page cartridge in the box, but some sellers leave toner out, so ask before you rely on it.

A 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 550-sheet tray hold 650 sheets. Options include a wheeled stand, more 550-sheet feeders for sizes from A6 to legal, a 2,100-sheet high-capacity feeder and an envelope feeder that holds 75 envelopes. A 500-sheet bin catches the pages, and two-sided printing is automatic.

A 1.2 GHz processor and 512 MB of memory run the jobs, and memory can grow to 1.5 GB. A 4.3-inch color touchscreen runs the menus. A hard disk is an option, with at least 500 GB and encryption.

You get one USB 2.0 device port, two USB 2.0 host ports, Gigabit Ethernet and a hardware integration pocket. The printer measures 17 x 18.3 x 15 inches and weighs 47.5 pounds. The #BGJ ending marks the U.S. version. HP lists EPEAT Silver and ENERGY STAR ratings for it.
