This is the LR4 100G optic — four LAN-WDM lanes around 1310 nm muxed onto one duplex LC SMF pair for up to 10 km. Fully interoperable with standard 100GBASE-LR4 peers (including sibling PID 100GQSFP28E-LR4). It is not CWDM4 (2 km / different grid) and not SR4 (MPO multimode).

Refurbished, tested, and coded for Arista QSFP28 ecosystems. Lifetime warranty from Resilient Tec.

Full 100GBASE-LR4 is specified to 10 km on G.652. Arista also sells a shorter LRL4 (2 km) part that uses the same LAN-WDM grid but a tighter budget. This PID (100GQSFP28E-LR4S) is the 10 km LR4 class — interoperable with standard LR4. If your run is only a few hundred meters on SMF, CWDM4 is usually the better-value buy; if the BOM says LR4 or the span needs 10 km, stay here.

  • Duplex LC SMF only — not MPO parallel fiber.
  • LAN-WDM LR4 and CWDM4 will not interoperate with each other even though both use duplex LC.
  • Refurbished = previously deployed, tested, and re-warranted by Resilient Tec.
  • Confirm against your Arista EOS / platform optics matrix before production cutover.
