A minimum torque of \u003cstrong\u003e40 (MEP-40xx) or 80 (MEP-48xx) inch-pounds\u003c\/strong\u003e is available over the 95° angular rotation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe MEP-4002\/4022\/4802\/4822 \u003cstrong\u003eproportional actuator models\u003c\/strong\u003e accept a 0-10 or 2-10 volts DC control signal input from a thermostat, controller, or building automation system. \u003cstrong\u003e“Anti-jitter”\u003c\/strong\u003e circuitry significantly reduces hunting and needless wear on the actuator and valve packing or damper components (from unnecessary miniscule position changes caused by undamped analog input signals). A user-initiated, \u003cstrong\u003eauto-mapping feature\u003c\/strong\u003e provides better equipment control by reassigning the 0-10 or 2-10 volts DC input signal range over a reduced rotation range (from 45° to 95°). These models also feature a switch-selectable, 1–5 or 2–10 (or 0–5 or 0–10) VDC \u003cstrong\u003evoltage feedback output\u003c\/strong\u003e that is proportional to the actuator position.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe MEP-4001\/4003\/4013\/4021\/4801\/4813\/4821\u003cstrong\u003e tri-state\/two-position models\u003c\/strong\u003e are designed for use with \u003cstrong\u003efloating\u003c\/strong\u003e thermostats, controllers, or building automation systems. The MEP-4013\/4813 models feature a 10,000 ohm (+\/- 10%), three-wire \u003cstrong\u003epotentiometer feedback output\u003c\/strong\u003e.
